Ordered Photoshop Lightroom Student and Teacher Edition from JourneyEd because I kept checking at campus software store and they never got it. Had to send JourneyEd proof of my academic status to place the order. Got the software but no serial number. Instructions for getting serial # in the package had me going to Adobe and — duh — sending them verification of my academic status. Called JourneyEd and they confirmed — I have to go through the verification process all over again, this time with Adobe.
In other words, all that ordering it through JourneyEd did was add time and an extra verification step. Should have ordered directly from Adobe. Now after waiting for JourneyEd, I’m waiting again for Adobe. Still can’t use LR3.
